Ordered two posters and they arrived safely in a hard cardboard poster tube. I live outside the US and it took 5 days to arrive which I considered not bad.

Arrived fast and they took care of shipping the package without damaging! Loved the poster quality and excited to put up!

I ordered 2 KAI posters on January 28 and it shipped on January 30th which I think was fast. They emailed me through every step which I appreciate. The package was delivered in a long circle tube which was a hard cardboard which protected the posters very well. I cannot say how customer service is though Email as I did not need to email Musicplaza. However, the way the package shipped with tracking and delivered was great.
