트와이스 | TWICE [ 2019 SEASON’S GREETINGS ]

As others have mentioned here, this is one of the best seasons greeting I've own. Twice is an awesome group and this just put a smile on my face. Music Plaza always provide great packaging with cares, and arrived so fast. The product is great with lots of extras, you won't be disappointed. The overall quality of product has definitely kept improving since TWICE's 2016 SG set. Even the matte outer box with the goldlike trim is impressive from the start. The concept in this set is definitely different from the usual for TWICE and it's more of a mature feeling. The overall design and aesthetic is very well done.

My main complaint is the paper used for the calendar and Twicezine. It's nonglossy and, combined with the darker mastering of the photos makes the wonderful photos look unfortunately cheap and faded. You can see this when comparing to the extra photo set or photo cards. It really does the photoshoot a disservice.

The surprising pro for me was the diary. The design aesthetic and materials make for a really cool diary that makes me actually want to use it instead of an afterthought that comes with the calendar. It has a yearly and monthly planner. Unfortunately, the weekly planner pages aren't numbered. The rest of it includes more photos, 2019 goals for each member, and messages to ONCE.

Overall, a very solid SG set with surprisingly good design and quality. I don't really want to knock a star for the quality of the photo printing but it's worth mentioning. The product is sold out at the time of writing and most people who would buy it would do so regardless of how well it was made. But yeah, it's a really good product that other SG sets should follow as a standard. Good job, JYPe and art studio.
