Poor item quality (SM's issue)

5 stars review for MP's service as always, item was safely packaged and shipped quickly. But, the item quality itself seems to be very poor, the whole set was just in a thin plastic packaging with no additional protection layers (SM's issue, not MP). I bought these as gifts for friends and it was awkward seeing them noticing scratches on them right away. The pcs were pretty tho!
