TXT 2024 SEASON'S GREETINGS [ NUANCE ]

Came packaged so carefully and in perfect condition.

I hate putting negative comments but the box arrived damaged and couldn’t get a refund unless I had recorded opening the product since the beginning. I usually don’t have this problem so why would I record myself opening a package?? No refund was given and I also pre ordered this and didn’t get the gift. It’s not the first time I pre order things from this store and I don’t get what it’s supposed to come with. I even had to throw the season greetings outer box.
