Fast shipping and good packaging with some extras as always. But my Memories out box was smashed at some point, so the front flap doesn’t lay properly now since the structure has been deformed from being pressed down incorrectly during shipping at some point. I would assume it was from the original shipment from HYBE not Music Plaza, just frustrating
